PAYMENT/OTHER FEES

The deposit of $150 paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstance. The deposit covers the photographers time blocked out and will come off your total package amount. The final balance must be paid in cash on the day of the session or transferred 1 day prior to your session. Under no circumstances will any discounts be provided. Newborn Sessions for twins/triplets etc will incur a $100 fee on top of the chosen package.

LATE/RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION

If the client requests to reschedule to another session time, the client must give more than 48 hours’ notice and the deposit can be transferred once to a new booking. If rescheduling within the 48 hours the deposit will be forfeited. If the client wishes to reschedule a second time, they forfeit the initial deposit and will need to pay another deposit to re book. If the client requests to cancel the session entirely they will be forfeiting the deposit. If late to the session it will result in a shorter session and less variety in the gallery.

COOPERATION

The client acknowledges that the session results and yield is directly related to the level of cooperation from participants and while every endeavour will be made to encourage this cooperation, it can not be guaranteed. The client agrees that they have seen the photographers previous work and understands the style of images will be natural and in line with their artistic style. If the client cooperation throughout the session doesn’t occur, there will not be a reshoot. The client must specify with the photographer before the session if there is anything specific, they would like from the images. If not specified the photographer will photograph the session as per their artistic style.

DELIVERY

The client will receive the proof gallery within 3 days of the session. The client will then notify the photographer which images they would like from the gallery. The photographer will then begin preparing the selection gallery. Slight skin re touch where needed plus colour correcting or cropping alterations are included in this. Further editing requests beyond this such as removal of persons, objects, change in appearance etc will be charged a $35 per image fee. The chosen package will be ready for collection within two weeks from when selection was received. All packages include JPEG files only and not the raw original image. Once the client receives their Prints/USB the transaction is complete.

UPGRADE

If the client decides to purchase more images they can upgrade to the next package. If the client would like to upgrade above the top package, additional digital edited images are $35 each, or if no further editing is required digital images will be $20 each.

The photographer owns the copyright to all images produced at the session. The client may use the images purchased for personal use only. The images are not to be retouched or edited by the client.
